Our Return Process
- Unopened material: Return within 30-days of purchase in the original unopened (shrink-wrapped) condition and you will receive a full refund.*
- Opened material: 80% of your purchase charge will be refunded if materials are received in “like-new” condition (subject to HRReview approval). This covers our 20% restocking and wrapping costs.
- After 30-days from purchase, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
How To Prepare A Return

2. Package Your Return and include the following:
- The original packaging.
- Printed order acknowledgement received when placing your order.
- Return Authorization Code.
3. Returning/Shipping Your Package.
